Terms & conditions

1. All paintings will be shipped in rolled and unmounted form in protective cylinders.
   
   
2. The paintings will be shipped by insured air post parcel within 3-4 weeks of receipt of payment/clearance of cheque.
   
   
3. Cost of packing, shipping and insurance to be born by the clients.
   • All sales are against 100% payment in advance.
   • Pratiksha Apurv holds the copyright in all the art works/paintings even after sale including the right to publish in any manner, any work after sale.
